Silver Grove B, is a family-owned operation dedicated to producing premium extra virgin olive oil located on the hills of Hasbaya.

 We take pride in every step of the olive oil-making process, from hand-picking the finest olives at optimal ripeness to cold-pressing within hours of harvest. This approach ensures that our oil retains its exceptional taste, aroma, and nutritional benefits.

Harvesting

Extra virgin olive oil's price and quality are greatly influenced by the crucial process of olive plucking. The ripeness of the olives and, thus, the harvest season determine the quality of virgin olive oil, among other factors. At Silver Grove B, our olives are in good health, selected off the tree (not the ground) and sent right away to the oil mill for processing in order to produce high-quality oil. Our product is squeezed using the cold mechanical press that is used in international best practices. We use the electric harvest stick insuring not to bruise the olive and hence affect the oil quality. After harvesting we make sure to smash our olives within 4 hours insuring that the aroma and richness of olive is not lost. The harvest is than stored in stainless steal containers in order to maintain the quality and premium quality. Not to forget that here at Silver Grove B we perform quality lap tests for our oil per stainless steal container. Every time a container is emptied the lap test is repeated for new container and forward.

Silver Grove B. is a brand under Bingo Private Limited (BPL) that was established on March 2021 under decree 3722444 in Beirut/Lebanon.

Our startup establishment currently is specialized in the produce of extra virgin olive oil. Currently we have a 500ml bottle and a 5L container with many more related products to be added .
